Tracy Duncan

HR Manager

Tracy has worked in education since joining Hungerhill School in 2007 as an Administrative Support Assistant and soon progressing on to the role of Senior Receptionist/Attendance Officer in 2009. Having shown an interest in the HR processes and procedures within the organisation, Tracy achieved a CIPD certificate in Human Resources Practice (QCF), which then forged the path for her next role as Assistant Business Manager (HR), and later HR Manager for the school.

Having then progressed into the role of Trust HR Manager, Tracy continues to work closely with the CEO of the Trust, to guide Headteachers and Senior Leaders on all aspects of HR practice, whilst moderating that consistent procedures are fairly applied in line with Trust HR policy and procedures.

Tracy oversees all HR business functions Trust wide, and her continued aim is to help the Trust reach its goals by ensuring effective utilisation and maximum development of human resource practice, whilst also helping to identify and support the needs of individuals, in order to achieve and maintain high morale and job satisfaction amongst all employees within the Trust.
