Tracy has worked in education since joining Hungerhill School in 2007 as an Administrative Support Assistant and soon progressing on to the role of Senior Receptionist/ Attendance Officer in 2009. Having shown an interest in the HR processes and procedures within the organisation, Tracy achieved a CIPD certificate in Human Resources Practice (QCF), which then forged the path for her next role as Assistant Business Manager (HR), and later HR Manager for the school.
Tracy has now been appointed to the role of Trust Central HR Manager and will be based in her new office within Doncaster UTC from September 2021. She will continue to work closely with the CEO and Headteachers/Principal to help guide and support colleagues from all schools within the Trust from a more centralised base.
As HR Manager, Tracy’s continued aim is to help the Trust to reach its goals by ensuring effective utilisation and maximum development of human resource practice, whilst also helping to identify and support the needs of individuals in order to achieve and maintain high morale and job satisfaction amongst all employees within the Trust.
